SAMSA Presents:
The Africa Regional Meeting (ARM 2008)
Fundraising Event |
The Africa Regional Meeting (18 - 23 Dec 2008) will host
over 100 Medical Students from all over Africa in Durban
The Organising Committee needs to Fundraise about R15,000 to
break even. Escalating prices have affected the origional
budget even more than projected.

The Medical students, your future Doctors, will discuss various
Medical challenges that affect Africa within the global context.
Some of the Themes:
- Saving The African Child: Pregnancy & infancy
- Mother & child Medicine (incl HIV)
- Trans-border desease migration
- Financial management for Medical Practicioners
- Life Skills

SAMSA is a member of the
International Federation of Medical Students Association (IFMSA),
which represents all Medical Students worldwide.
SAMSA is endorsed by
the World Health Organisation (WHO), and
the United Nations (UN),
among other internationally recognised structures.
In South Africa, SAMSA is endorsed by
the South African Medical Association (SAMA)
